Until now, most users have used a standard bi-metal blade in stainless steel that quickly dulls and produces a less than desired cut. BOSCH's new blades are bi-metal with an eight percent cobalt steel additive which increases heat and wear resistance. This gives users a blade that lasts twice as long as a bi-metal blade and costs much less than blades with a carbide stip. The Stainless Steel Blades are suited for cutting thin and medium gauge steels.
