    Product Description

    Norton 3X portable belts are ideal for high speed sanding and finishing on flat wood surfaces, plastic and fiberglass surfaces, grinding and finishing all metals, blending welds and wood planing. Premium, self-sharpening zirconia alumina abrasive for 3X total performance of life and cut rate versus aluminum oxide belts. Heavy-duty cloth backing provide durability for the toughest sanding jobs. Bi-directional belt splice allows the belt to run in both directions for maximum sanding life. Open coat to reduce clogging for longer useful life when sanding soft woods and other similar materials. Job specific application guide on packaging simplifies selection. Prolong the life of a belt up to 10 times by cleaning the surface of residue with a belt cleaning stick. Medium for moderate removal of surface imperfections, light paint, varnish or rust.
