Warranties & Returns
Warranty Information:
We are in the surplus, buyback and closeout business. With this in mind, we do not offer any warranty on any product. If an issue happens to arise with a product, we do not replace or provide refunds. Manufacturer's may or may not offer their warranty or service packages that may come with an item if purchased in a retail store / environment. All customers, at their own risk, assume responsibility for any items purchased.
Returns:
We are in the wholesale business. We offer our products at well below regular wholesale prices for the intent of resale. We do not accept returns unless we represent the item wrong on our site, or send the wrong products. Any items purchased by an end user, are also not returnable.
Manufacturer's Warranty / Permissions:
Anything bought from Hartmann Variety may or may not come with the original manufacturer's warranty. Each manufacturer has their own policies. Buying from Hartmann Variety also does not guarantee any permissions that a manufacturer may require to sell on certain venues / marketplaces. We are not responsible for any actions taken by any manufacturer to block, regulate, etc... the sale or distribution of their branded products.
